We offer a 30-day FULL REFUND AND EXCHANGE policy, ensuring your satisfaction. 

Instructions for Returns:

  1. Send an email to Include your order number and request a return form.
  2. Print and complete our return form. Please make sure to provide your email and order number.
  3. Place the completed form along with the jewelry inside the shipping package.
  4. Ship the package to the address indicated on our return form.

Please note: The 30 day period starts on the day you received your package. The request for refund/exchange must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the delivery.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. 



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find an appropriate solution.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as instructed above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Monument Jewelry to evaluate the item's condition.



There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Monument Jewelry in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of 2 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Monument Jewelry covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that we are currently only shipping to EU contries. The price does not include any import duty or VAT for imports outside of EU. Customers are liable for any taxes or duties applicable outside of EU.
